Spring Leadership Conference

Founding Fathers Every Spring academic semester, between February 1st and May 1st, Alpha Delta Gamma holds their Annual Spring Conference which focuses specifically on the active members. During this one weekend event, Alpha Delta Gamma puts on exciting programs to help remind our chapters that they have every tool available to them and can walk away from the Conference with a better understanding of the Fraternity and of our True Brotherhood.

Aside from no delegate fee assessed for the weekend, the Spring Conference is considered as a smaller version of the Annual National Convention offering guest speakers, small group discussions and other programming conducive to improving Chapter programming and protocol and even self-improvement (including alcohol awareness, resume writing and financial investing).

All rates are net, non-commissionable. Room rates exclude state and local taxes. There is a maximum of four persons per room. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. There is currently a $.75 charge for local calls from the sleeping rooms.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE
It is our understanding guest reservations will be made on an individual call-in basis. All overnight guests will be responsible for their own room and incidental charges. The deadline for reservations will be January 22, 2008 at 11:59 pm. At that time, the unused portion of the room block will be returned to the hotel for general sale. Guests may call our Central Reservations Office at 1-800-The-Galt (1-800-843-4258) to make their reservation.

Cancellation of a reservation must be received 48 hours in advance of the arrival date. Failure to notify the hotel will result in a charge of one night's tariff, plus state and local taxes.

PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION
Parking is available on site in our attached, covered garage for all registered guests of the hotel. The current charge is $12.00 per night for self-parking and $18.00 per night for valet parking. Please note this fee is subject to change. Any guest attending events only at the hotel is required to pay parking. Rates are approximately $7.00 - $12.00 per day, based upon the length of time.

The Galt House Hotel & Suites offers transportation service through an in-house company called Sandollar, located in the East Lobby of the hotel. They offer transportation to the airport and the surrounding area. Pricing information and arrangements can be made by calling direct at 502-561-4022. ***Please note that Xi will be arranging transportation to the University, events and so forth.
