ADG CONVENTION

BE IT RESOLVED THAT:

Pope John Paul II be sent a letter telling him of the success of the 73rd Annual Convention of ADG, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

a letter be sent to President and Mrs. George W. Bush thanking them for their continued interest in Alpha Delta Gamma.

Fr. Scott O'Brien, O.P., of Barry University be sent a thank you for celebrating the opening and closing Mass of this Convention.

we send a note to Sr. Linda Bevilaqua, O.P., President of Barry University to notify her that Psi chapter hosted a successful convention.

past national officers Bob Young, Bernie Sandalow, Wayne Palmer-Ball, Anthony DeSantis, Charlie Johnson and Brent Coomes be thanked for their presence during the convention, and their continued guidance and support to the development of our fraternity.

Convention steward Anthony DeSantis be thanked for his efforts to put on a great convention.

the 73rd National Convention of ADG thanks Steve Zunt, Gloria Williams and the staff of the Double Tree Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale for our accommodations.

thank you cards be sent to all presenters of seminars and workshops (Bob Hosea, Bill Phelan, Anthony DeSantis, Mark Niemeyer, and Derrick Cabrera) at this convention by the national secretary.

Wayne Palmer-Ball be given a standing ovation for everything he does for our fraternity, as keeper of our store, for serving as acting ADGEF president and for hosting the "Presidents' Breakfast".

the individual active brothers and alumni of Psi chapter be given just recognition for acting as our hosts and guides during this convention.

the outgoing National Officers, especially those not continuing: Mark Niemeyer and Bill Phelan, receive a warm round of applause thanking them for all their work, dedication and support of Alpha Delta Gamma during this past year.

we congratulate the newly elected members of the National Executive Council and thank them for their commitment to Alpha Delta Gamma.

a thank you be expressed to the Psi alumni for sponsoring an excellent BBQ.

a letter of thanks be sent to John Koehler, Bill Phelan, Alex Razzook, Jim Smith and Bernie Sandalow, expressing our deep felt appreciation for their work on the national home page, list-serve and Alphadelity.

a warm official welcome be extended to our new National Moderator, Mark Ryan, S.J.

a warm welcome be extended to the members of our newest chapter Alpha Beta at Philadelphia University. a warm welcome be extended to the representative of Chestnut Hill University colony.

we keep in our thoughts and prayers all brothers not being able to make it to this Convention and we think especially of Tom Beck of Rho and we want to include all brothers who are on duty in the U.S. Armed Services, especially Billy Pyler from Eta.

we keep in our thoughts and prayers all brothers who have family members camping with health problems, especially Michael Burt of Rho, whose father is battling cancer.

Alpha Delta Gamma will continually strive for an active incorporation of her founding principles in our daily lives.

this convention adjourn in memory Senator Harry Wiggins and of all brothers of Alpha Delta Gamma who passed away this year, that they may find rest in Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
