Message from the Council

Brothers,

I'm excited that a new year is upon us and as an organization, we continue to move forward. 2007 was a year that saw unprecedented growth with the organization as both overall active membership and new chapters were up. Convention 2007 saw the installation of Alpha Delta Chapter, while December saw the installment of Alpha Epsilon Chapter.

We have also begun the initial steps of colonization at York
College in Pennsylvania. With such growth, it is important that we are smart and calculated in the approach we take. It is my hope that, in the future, one could travel from chapter to chapter within a few short hours but on top of that, each new chapter will
be a chapter we can all be proud of. Alpha Delta Gamma is a fraternity that is unlike any other and it is important we expose that to the "world of men around us."

As we continue this forward march, we must also continue to focus on the active brotherhood. Over the coming months, we look to implement a new webpage that
will be user friendly. There will also be a greater emphasis on education and ensuring that our members our receiving the best Alpha Delta Gamma Education
possible!

By building strong bonds of brotherhood at the beginning for the candidate process, you are setting your chapter up for future success year after year. See you at Spring Conference in Louisville.

Fraternally,

Jim Smith
National President
Alpha Delta Gamma
