Dr. Taylor Peyton

Want to have better, more confident interactions with women? This session breaks down how to read personalities, understand what makes communication attractive, and avoid common mistakes. Dating today comes with its share of curveballs—this talk brings real, honest, psychology-based strategies for making meaningful connections and bouncing back with strength while maintaining self-respect. We’ll unpack the psychology behind rejection, what ghosting really means (and doesn’t), and how to stay motivated and confident without becoming jaded.

International Leadership Development and Strategy: Why just limit your career to the US market

Dr. Jill Farrell

Dr. Jill Beloff Farrell is the Vice Provost for Faculty Success and Graduate Studies, as well as former Dean of Barry's Adrian Dominican School of Education. She earned her doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction/Instructional Leadership at Florida International University. She also holds an MS in Elementary Education and a BFA. Prior to joining the University, Dr. Farrell served as a K-8 principal and taught both elementary and middle school science, social studies, mathematics, language arts and art. Dr. Farrell is active in local, state and national professional organizations.

 

She has published articles in a variety of professional journals and presented at numerous local, state, national and international conferences. Her current research foci are self-study, action research, classroom inquiry, teacher leadership, collaboration, and empowerment and arts integration. Dr. Farrell also led the expansion of Barry University programs internationally, spearheading the "Barry IN the Bahamas" academic programs among other international endeavors on behalf of the university.

Sara Barli Herald is a Partner at the Bilzin-Sumburg Law Firm in Miami. Sara’s in-depth experience spans public-private partnerships (P3), affordable housing and tax credit, real estate, banking, commercial transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations. Her background as a C-level executive in seven verticals enables her to assist her clients in crafting creative solutions to complex business transactions, particularly those that involve the public sector. Over the past two decades Sara has been committed to optimizing companies and advancing communities with vision and leadership – working across the for-profit, non-profit, and public sectors. Sara has significant experience in leading non-profit organizations as a CEO, Board Member, and consulting strategic partner. Sara has been the recipient of many awards, among them, the American Red Cross Sara Hopkins Spectrum Award for Community Service and the Athena Award for Outstanding Business Woman.
