Dr. Taylor Peyton is a leadership and workplace psychologist with a PhD in Organizational Leadership, specializing in the science of motivation, influence, and communication. For over 15 years, she’s helped people strengthen their confidence, emotional intelligence, and presence—whether in high-stakes teams, everyday conversations, or personal relationships. A former Division 1 volleyball player and full-time college professor at Boston University, she blends academic insight with practical tools that make human connection feel more natural and effective.


Her expertise has supported organizations like Pfizer, Sandals Resorts, Nike, and Team USA, and she’s trained thousands of students, athletes, and professionals across the U.S. and internationally. Known for combining research with relatable stories, Dr. Peyton delivers playful and interactive sessions that are science-based and designed to stick—especially when it comes to figuring out what to say, how to say it, and how to bounce back when things get awkward.
