Deidric Tupper

VP External Affairs

Brother Deidric Tupper, initiated into the Xi Chapter of Alpha Delta Gamma in 2009, currently serves as the National Vice President of External Affairs. A dedicated brother and community leader, Deidric brings over a decade of professional experience in service-driven roles and nonprofit development to his position on the National Council.


Deidric holds a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Med Psychology and has earned certifications as a licensed insurance agent and a registered behavioral technician. He currently resides in Louisville, Kentucky, where he continues to actively serve his community through various leadership and outreach roles.


Professionally, Deidric serves as the National Director of Marketing and Development for The Dream Factory, Inc.—the nation’s largest all-volunteer children’s wish-granting organization. In this role, he oversees national marketing strategies and spearheads development initiatives to support the organization's mission of granting dreams to critically and chronically ill children. His previous roles include City Commissioner of Lincolnshire, Alumni Board of Directors Member at Bellarmine University, and Director of Communication for New Faith Temple Community Development Company. These experiences reflect his long-standing commitment to community engagement, nonprofit leadership, and innovative strategy development.


Deidric is passionate about community development and envisions a future where local issues are met with thoughtful solutions and sustainable impact. His personal mission is to uplift individuals across the United States through service, advocacy, and action.


Outside of his professional and fraternal responsibilities, Deidric enjoys sports, reading, traveling, volunteering, and quality time with his family. These interests not only provide balance but also fuel his creativity and compassion in all areas of his life.
