The Vice President of Internal Affairs serves as the driving force behind ADG's core membership experience, ensuring the vitality of our chapters and the enduring strength of our brotherhood. This pivotal role oversees the fraternity's most sacred traditions while cultivating meaningful growth opportunities for all members.

Core Responsibilities:

As the steward of ADG's internal operations, the Vice President:

• Upholds Our Founding Principles by safeguarding the proper fulfillment of the Five S's (Service, Scholarship, Social, School Spirit, and Spiritual growth) across all chapters

• Directs Membership Development through strategic planning and implementation of:

  • Recruitment/Rush initiatives

  • Candidate education programs

  • Ongoing member development

• Maintains Vital Connections by overseeing the Chapter Presidents roster and Active Member database

• Chairs Key Initiatives as an ex-officio member of all Internal Affairs committees

Operational Leadership:

The Vice President ensures operational excellence by:

• Developing resources and best practices for chapter operations

• Facilitating inter-chapter communication and collaboration

• Monitoring chapter health through regular engagement

• Serving as the national authority on membership standards
